The initiative was developed to optimize the reality of each parish and each diocese. The objective is to cover the needs of each place. Renova is an option, a kickoff, that adapts to the reality and needs of the place. Renova provides a customized solution for each region.

The laity benefit, becuase they are offered sustained growth by means of the formation that is offered to them and themselves called to offer their own charisms for use in the community. It is developed at a local level, it is prepared with local characteristics; but it could also have a national impact

Who funds the initiative? What is needed to launch this initiative?
The initiative is financed by the community itself, it has no fixed budget, since it adapts to the needs of each region. To begin, the approval of the bishop and an adherent priest is needed.
